    热风炉炉衬的作用是隔热和承受高温荷载,故确定各部位炉衬耐火砖的材质和厚度时,应根据砌体所承受的温度、负荷和隔热的要求,以及烟气对砌体的物理、化学作用等条件而定。
    拱是连接燃烧室和蓄热室的空间,它应在高温气流的作用下保持结构的稳定性,并要满足燃烧时高温烟气流均匀地进入蓄热室的要求。

    上部30%~40%高度上的高温区用的耐火砖,应具有良好的抗蠕变和抗侵蚀性,国内多采用含Al2O3大于65^的高铝耐火砖,国外则采用含SiO294~96%的硅质耐火砖或含Al2O372%~76%的莫来石耐火砖。根据实验,在0.2MPa、1550℃、50h条件下,前者蠕变率为0%~0.5%,后者为0.1%?0.3%。故抗蠕变性是好的。拱用的耐火砖抗热震性要好,以免剥落和龟裂。对于中下部的耐火砖则应考虑到耐压强度,一般用粘土砖和高铝耐火砖。选用隔热材料时应特别注意工作的热面温度应不高于其允许使用温度。拱和上部大墙的隔热材料一般采用硅藻土耐火砖或轻质粘土砖。荣盛耐材为您提供优质耐火材料。
