   窑炉在工作过程中好不好操作控制故然与设计合理、操作者技术水平和实践经验有很大关系,然而与窑体的砌筑施工质量亦密切相关。其主要的原因是:
    ①施工的尺寸误差较大,如断面尺寸和形状、位置尺寸(包括水平和垂直方向的)等,这就等于是在一定程度上改变了设计,所以达不到。设计要求的目的,使计算准确的东西成了不准确,这当然就给操作控制带来困难。
    ②灰缝过大,砌体不密实。其结果是窑体气密性差,导致漏气、漏火,从而使窑体容易损坏、变形、位移,使窑体的几何尺寸产生较大误差,势必影响烧成工艺甚至导致严重事故。
    比如:窑车砌筑尺寸误差大,则车与车之间曲封不严,窑体曲封尺寸误差大,则车与窑体之间的曲封不严,这都将产生漏风,影响烧成工艺和热效率,甚至会导致卡车事故。
    所以为了确保先进的窑炉设计意图得以实现,使烧成操作时能灵活而准确地控制压力,温度、气氛制度,提高密的热效率,必须要搞好施工质量,特别是注意上述两个主要方面。
